I. Introduction:
The GLH41H axial flow check valve is a new type of check valve with improved structure and advanced performance, which is continuously improved on the basis of similar foreign products. The straight-through butterfly check valve has a medium inlet and outlet channel direction perpendicular to the valve seat channel direction; the vertical lift check valve has a medium inlet and outlet channel direction the same as the valve seat channel direction, and its flow resistance is smaller than that of the straight-through type. Due to the streamlined channel inside the valve, the flow resistance is smaller than that of the lift butterfly check valve. It is suitable for large-caliber occasions with low flow rate and infrequent flow changes, but it is not suitable for pulsating flow, and its sealing performance is inferior to that of the lift type. Butterfly check valves are divided into three types: single-disc, double-disc and multi-disc. These three forms are mainly classified according to the valve caliber, aiming to reduce water hammer when the medium stops flowing or flows backward.
II. Features:
1. Streamlined flow channel: The medium does not flow around, the valve has small flow resistance, and saves energy.
2. Adopts a special sealing structure: Regardless of the pressure after the valve, the valve can be closed tightly, with good sealing performance, overcoming the disadvantage of poor sealing performance of ordinary check valves under low back pressure.
3. Adopts a floating disc structure: It can automatically compensate for errors caused by wear during installation and use, ensure the close fit of the sealing surface, and improve the sealing performance.
4. Short opening and closing stroke, can automatically reset without impact, the valve can be fully opened at a lower flow rate, and the closing time is short.
5. The valve is not restricted by the installation position, and can be installed horizontally, vertically and at any angle.
6. The valve has two structural lengths: standard series and short series. The short series structural length is especially suitable for devices with small installation positions and compact structures.
III. Installation and Maintenance:
1. Before installation, clean the dirt and dust inside the valve to ensure the use effect.
2. The installation direction of this valve should be consistent with the arrow on the valve body according to the medium flow direction, and the flange size complies with the JB/T79-94 standard.
3. When conducting a strength test on the pipeline, the valve should be opened.
4. The products of our factory have passed strict tests before leaving the factory, please do not randomly twist the parts of each part of the product.
5. If the valve is stored for a long time, it should be stored in a dry warehouse, and rust prevention work should be done regularly.
